Policy on the Use of the AFSA Logo

By AFSA Members standing in a branch or other facility is permitted.

Facility merely denotes the Member's participation and payment of dues to the Trade Association known as the American Financial Services Association and shall not be used or displayed in any manner that states or suggests otherwise.

Public to be confused that the Member's participation in AFSA confers any form of designation or recognition upon the Member other than the fact that the Member has met the minimum requirements for participation in AFSA is not authorized.

AFSA Member which suggests that AFSA is a governmental, certification, enforcement, licensing, or examination organization is strictly prohibited.

Loan documents, brochures, pamphlets or any other visual medium is not authorized without the express written consent of the Vice President of Membership of AFSA. Email requests to Sheilah Harrison at sharrison@afsamail.org and correspondence must describe specifically the manner, size, placement, and context of the logo in order to be considered by AFSA for approval.
